Op Bag Drop

As Covid 19 and the subsequent restrictions continue to bear down on us all; some of our fellow Armourers are struggling. We have harnessed the unwavering Armourer bond through these difficult times to provide a network of Branch Volunteers throughout the UK and around the world to support those who are in isolation. 

The aim of the objective is to provide a bag drop facility to those in isolation or need. The bags contain food/medication to name but a few. Food means basic essentials. Medication is the recipients medication picked up from the pharmacy. 

Branch Volunteers are coordinated from a central Armourer location.   

Branch Volunteers have carried out supportive tasks throughout the UK at a considerable risk to themselves but in typical Armourer fashion they have the can do attitude that we are all blessed with.  Volunteers collect food (may involve doing a small shop), or medication (collection from a pharmacy) and drop at a pre determined doorstep of an Armourer in need. 

This facility will remain in place until Covid 19 is defeated.
